Who Can Use the Center?
All resources and activities offered in the FamilySearch Center are available to the general public regardless of faith.
When is the Center open?
The Meridian Idaho East FamilySearch Center is open:
Monday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am -7:00 pm
Pre-scheduled youth hours: Wednesday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
What is the Center?
FamilySearch Centers are branches of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, UT operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our specific center offers the following resources (as listed under the Center Resources Tab on the website).

Who staffs the Center?
Our FamilySearch Center is staffed by volunteer members of local congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and anyone else in the public with a desire to help others discover their family history. While we are not professional genealogists, there is a vast degree of experience and interests in all aspects of genealogy and family history work. Can I get help with a specific research problem?
Yes. Any of our staff members will be glad to help you with your research. If you have a specialized need with research in a specific region of the world, contact us with the details of what you need help with and we will try to pair you with a consultant with expertise in that area.
